We accept Credit/Debit Cards and Paypal. We do not condone nor accept any type of fraudulent behaviour. 

Please ensure your billing address is the same as shipping address. If this is not the case, your order will be placed on hold whilst one of our team contact you to discuss further.

We will only deliver to the address provided when order was placed. If you need to cancel your order for any reasons, please do so by calling us within one hour of placing your order. We will not be liable if your order has been shipped to the incorrect address given. We will not refund the cost of any order that are delivered to an incorrect address given.

We make every effort to represent the colours of our products as accurately as possible, nevertheless colours may display differently depending on the monitors/screens they are viewed on. Your items may vary slightly from those images.

RYTETOUCH takes pride in ensuring that high quality control is maintain by checking all merchandise before shipping. Due to the patterned nature of some  fabrics, kindly note fabric placement might vary from pictured product!

Rytetouch return policy applies to your purchase of any product through our website. You may return a product purchased form the site for any reason and get a refund within 14 days subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods stating the reasons for return and you have another 7 days to return the goods to us.
  • The product must be in its original unopened or used state for the supplements and skincare products.
  • Please first contact us by email: info@rytetouch.com or via whatsapp +447939316829 to notify us of the return, stating your name and order number Please be advised that any product returned beyond 14 days of delivery of your product will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Return packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted
  • Please be aware customers will cover return costs and items MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION INCLUDING SEALS, BOXES, TAGS and any other form of packaging that they came in.
  • Products must be returned and received by Rytetouch in the original condition, we will not accept products damaged in return transit, so please be sure to package the product well and consider recorded signed for delivery with insurance.
  • We will review the returned item(s) once received, an email will be sent to notify you if return is approved or rejected. We reserve the right to reject the returned item(s) if not returned in the original conditions (damaged, stained or used in any way). If rejected, return costs will be at your expense.
  • If returned item(s) is approved, your refund will be processed with 3 -5 business days (excluding the original shipping cost).
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, which may take up to 7 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
  • If you have requested for an exchange, ‘store credit’ will be issued with the value of order (excluding the original shipping cost). This will be issued via email and you can use to purchase other items on the site at your convenience. Please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your return.
  • There will be no returns/refunds/exchanges on discontinued items or clearance/sale items.
  • Please note, we do not accept international returns/exchanges at this time.
  • This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

Please note

  • For Hygiene reasons, Jewellery will only be exchanged/refunded if received damaged. Please email us the picture of any damaged/ faulty item within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, this is required for your claim to be processed.
  • For hygiene and health reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGE on TURBANS/HEAD WRAPS and WHITE/IVORY/CREAM COLOURED CLOTHING ITEMS.
